Racially Profiled
Once again, a coffee shop is in the news for racial profiling. This time was a Dunkin' Donuts whose owner went after a black woman trying to use the Wi-Fi before ordering her coffee. Despite being a regular customer for more than two years, this Ph.D. former Assistant Professor was the subject of humiliation after the owner of this franchise called the police on her according to her tale of the story on Yahoo News.
How many times situations like this need to be headlines before big corporations take severe steps to  punish franchises that go against society? Unacceptable behavior like this should be penalized with the termination of the franchise, and compensation for the humiliated customer.
